Associated Insurance Consultants (AIC) was established in Beirut, Lebanon in May 2001 and resumed
operations in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates officially in 2007 on the basis of 15 years
of experience in the insurance field.
AIC is a leading independently-owned private firm.
It is partly employee-owned. The Company core business is Insurance Brokerage and Consultancy; thus
providing solutions to the all commercial and retail segments.
Its shares are not negotiable and cannot be transferred to third parties without the prior approval of
shareholders representing at least 75 percent of the capital.
